Sharepoint/Lists - Permissions to change column properties

I want to allow members to add, remove and edit rows, but they can't change column properties(name colum, type, formatting, etc...). Is it possible ?

I tried different permissions : "Contribute", "Design", "Edit"
This permissions allow to change column properties.

Only "Reader" permission disallow to change these properties. But the members can't add, remove and edit the list.
