SharePoint sync button missing for read and add users for ONE (new) document library

The title says it all.. I created a new document library today, with read and add permissions for my members. I can see the sync button perfectly fine as a sharepoint site owner, but my members are unable to see the sync button. Any help is greatly appreciated!
