- Using the web interface is the strategic direction from Microsoft. Educate your users if possible.
Note: using the Teams app will only work for Teams connected sites.- Thanks both.
Educating my users is a very long and slow process :L
I am getting there with getting everyone just using SharePoint online, but one of the technicians is convinced that he never has internet when he's onsite.
I've used Viva Connections to bring in the Site into teams, it's a bit weird around opening documents. Nothing happens when you click on the document link or Open in browser/app. You have to open it as a preview first for it to do anything. I've messed with the API settings, but nothing seems to have changed. I think I'll just keep going with the online one.
Sorry, I'm not fully confident with all this. I was an autocad tech who landed in doing all the systems admin as no one else knew anything about pcs, so your help has been very appreciated!!
