SharePoint Structure Navigation issue in Modern Team Site

Hello,

I am facing an issue with the navigation in modern team sites and its subsites. Whenever I modify the navigation and click "Save" I get the "Sorry, you don't have access." error, even though I am the Site Collection Administrator.

Could anyone please suggest me what might be the issue here?
