There isn't anything to do this I am afraid. Are the companies all one legal entity? If not I haven't seen any scenarios where this has been done and you may want to check the licence agreement to check this is allowed by Microsoft.

Yes, All companies come under a single legal entity. We want to know whether domain level storage allocation is possible rather than site level
