Sharepoint site's customized column become 'Read-Only'
We have a SharePoint Intranet that has been in active use for 14+ months. I have a customized column Expiration Date for News Expiry. Recently, all custom columns added to Site Pages (Page Details) ...
i have no issues in my site pages library with custom columns.
Have you different permissions on this library or this pages? With a read-only permissions you can't edit the details.
I have see other cases with page details pane, maybe it's a temporary issue on your Tenant....
