SharePoint Site Global Navigation Mega Menu

In one of the sessions in Ignite, a mega menu was showcased for Hub Navigation:

How do i achieve thatin my Hub.

Also, it does not show the text in a single line; it is currently showing in double line including search text bar.

According to the Roadmap site - that feature is scheduled for release in January 2019

  Yep, the megamenu is in the process to be rolled out
