SharePoint Online search - Display

When I search for a word document by first few letters of its name, I am able to view the desired document only when I select Word under result type, has anybody else came across this issue or any ideas what I am doing wrong.

there are only 5 results in total, and only 4 show in the initial page, and when I select Word 1 document shows up that I am actually looking for.
