Sharepoint Online Rest API access
I am a user with full control on a SharePoint site, but i get a "Sorry You don't have access " message when I try to access the "https://<sitename>.sharePoint.com/_layouts/15/appregnew.aspx" link. Not sure how do I get around it. I tried having full control on the root SharePoint site as well. Any help would be appreciated

The above URL is to register the app and this can only be accessed if the user is the tenant admin, not the site collection owner.

If you are the tenant admin and even then you got the above error. You have to raise a query to Microsoft, the same I am able to access.
