Sharepoint Online is start to look like the Babel tower

Hi,

In our SP some people use french and others swedish. I used to use swedish and I haven't see any problem with the language until a colleage showed me his screen. He uses french but in some part he see a combination of swedish and french. 

To check this I have changed my language to french and I got the same issue. In some parts the same menu shows french and swedish, check the image.

 Why is this happening? the site has been running for a couple of months so I don't think that SP is still translating the page.

I saw somewhere an article saying the it would be a central place in SP admin page where to choose the language but I don't see it anywhere.
