SharePoint Online Doc Library
How do you properly move a Document Library (with al content >25 GB) from one SC to another SC in SharePoint Online?
- My comments here:
(1) Best bet: use a third party migration tool...even with a trial version I think you could achieve this
(2) If versioning and metadata is not important, youc ould sync the entire library to your PC and then sync back to the new site collection or even use the SPMT here
(3) You could do this by means of PS / .NET Code but depending on what you need to move, create your migration stuff can take some time

Generally speaking, you'd need a migration tool for such a task, that would properly transfer everything and keeping everything intact. Microsoft's own tool for this, unless it's changed recently, the SharePoint Migration Tool doesn't support SharePoint to SharePoint migrations. I have a UserVoice suggestion for this workload but not seen any progress - Support SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online Migrations in the SharePoint Migration Tool.
There are third-party products like ShareGate that can easily do this sort of work and more besides but they do cost a few bob. Some other members may have more ideas as well!

Hi Cian Allner
Voted :)
Is this not possible with PowerShell?
It's within the same Tenants Site Collections- My comments here:
