SharePoint Online and Amazon RDS integration

Hello,

I need help to understand the feasibility of below requirement in SharePoint online and how?

My organization is using both AWS RDS (Oracle) and SharePoint online.

Requirement is:

1. Pushing data from AWS RDS (Oracle) into SharePoint list (e.g. Vendor) with columns created as

List: "Vendor"

Columns from AWS table: Vendor name, Number, contract will come from AWS and

SP site-columns:  "Labor law Applied", "Administration code applied"

in the same list.

2. Workflow will be triggered for Vendor (external users) notifying about response needed on new list item. (Basically Update few column values and accept terms)

Please suggest.
