SharePoint Online Alerts
Good Day
I have seen older posts in the sharepoint user voice about this topic. Are we able in adding a distribution list email address as the recipient of SharePoint alerts (our DL has nested DLs)? Seems may not be still the case. Thanks

- Juan is correct, you cannot. However, you can easily utilize flow to send an e-mail based on a trigger to a DL.
Hi Chris , I haven't migrated my email to the cloud as yet and therefore flow wont help me at the moment. I am trying to create a notification via alerts which looks like wont work. Just wondering if there was any other way of notifying groups of users when a document has changed ?ChrisWebbTech
