Sharepoint Online - Searching for terms including special characters
I have a specific search term, that includes a special character (&) at the end. When I try to search this on Sharepoint online, it's not picking this up.
As an example, I would like to search for all documents including "word&". However, I am only shown results with documents including "word" and not "word&". How do I search, to ensure that it only returns results that contain the special character in this example.

SharePoint Online’s search engine simply doesn’t index “&” (or most other punctuation) as part of words—so no matter how you quote or escape it, the KQL parser will strip it out and match on “word” only. Unfortunately, there is no out-of-the-box way to get the UI search to return only items containing the literal string “word&”.
