SharePoint Online - Access Matrix Review every quarterly or bi-yearly

We have policy requirement that SharePoint site access matrix need and grant permission need to review every quarterly and bi-yearly.

Is there any automation that can be setup so that it will generate a report quaterly or bi-yearly for respective SharePoint site owner to review the granted permission of their site?
