Sharepoint no sync for userdata
Hallo together, I tried to do a Employee page with SP Modern Search. So far so good and everything is working. Now the AD Userdate got corrected and Emails like Max.Mustermann... got changed into ...

are you using the SharePoint or Graph data source in PnP Modern Search WebParts?
The SharePoint Search use the data from the SharePoint User Profile Application: https://learn.microsoft.com/sharepoint/user-profile-sync?WT.mc_id=DX-MVP-5004845
