SharePoint News Digest - Getting thumbnail images to appear on Outlook desktop app?
Hi all! My organization is interested in using the news digest feature, but while it looks great on Outlook online, when recipients open the email on the Outlook desktop client they are not seeing any thumbnail images, which obviously makes the idea much less attractive. Has anyone else experienced this and/ or found a way to get thumbnails to appear? Thanks in advance!
- I should also note - the images don't show up in Outlook on the Web either.
- Experiencing the same issue here - and have seen multiple threads relating to this very same issue. Have also submitted a ticket with Microsoft and awaiting response.

Unfortunately there is nothing you do here apart from open a support ticket to inform Microsoft about the issues with the thumbnails in the news digest- Thanks! I'll do that and post back if I get a response!
