SharePoint modern page not showing Header Image

Hello,

I have a modern SharePoint site, and when i create new page from Home page, the newform.aspx is showing a header image.

Ex: when i create 

But when I am not on Home/Inner pages and click on Page , I don't see Header Image

I dont see the Header Image Here.

Any idea why it is not showing the image?.
