A very valid question. We're seeing the same behavior for Promoted Links and even Link Lists which are for URLs outside SharePoint. Works in browser, even mobile browsers, but not in the SP Mobile app. Very frustrating, and turns the app into a hindrance rather than a help for users. PittSharePointPro

Brent Hawthorne I just observed the same thing. .Url opens in Edge browser on iOS but not in the SharePoint App. The app shows the content instead of following it.

I have this Problem,
I can see this library in browser in smartphone, but in android SharePoint application I cannot see that.
Could you solve it this problem?
