SharePoint Migration

Is there any tool available by which we can migrate data from fileserver to sharepoint? The tool which will sync data?

    Hinull null ,

If the SharePoint migration tool is not suitable then I always use ShareGate Desktop for migrating data. It has an incremental Sync option.  We run one large sync to get the data to SharePoint then an incremental sync just before the users migrate to SharePoint.

In terms of syncing data I don't believe you will find a real time sync tool (if Thats what you are looking for)  as the data takes too long to get into SharePoint.

null null recently https://blogs.microsoft.com/blog/2019/10/21/microsoft-acquires-mover-to-simplify-and-speed-file-migration-to-microsoft-365/ and announced it will be free.

Mover can migrate from file shares to SharePoint: https://mover.io/guides/sharepoint/
    Add to OneDrive: https://mover.io/guides/migrating-file-servers-to-onedrive/

    OneDrive syncs data to SharePoint.

Thanks for replay, SharePoint Migration Tool uploads data and do not sync.
our requirement: If we have migrated one folder to SharePoint then how it will sync the changes.

The SPMT is pretty good once you have the format of the .CSV/JSON file in place.

However, as others have said it will not 'sync' files (so changes made on the Fileserver location will not automatically copy the changes to the SharePoint site).

Using the tool, you would need to do (scheduled) Incremental copies.  These aren't automatic, unless you try something with Windows Task Scheduler.  You can save the migration tasks to resume for an incremental copy.

If possible, I'd recommend to 'lock' the network drive folders to Read-only access once the files have been copied - but check with the data owners.  If you do this, check there are no Excel files with linked spreadsheets as these will not work (well) on SharePoint.  They also need the network folders to be 'write' access.

Otherwise Metalogix have tools to copy content from fileshares and SharePoint sites (to copy lists, libraries or folders etc).  A good (but not free) option: https://www.quest.com/products/metalogix-content-matrix/
