SharePoint management permission (access etc)

Hello everyone,

I developed a Power Apps application, that fills a SharePoint Library with items (Picture and its Metadata). I used Power Apps and Power Automate to make all this work.

Now that everything is working fine, my question is:

Do we have the possibility to manage the authorizations of modifications for every user?

Indeed, every employee in the company will be able to access the SharePoint Library, but I just want them to be able to modify the “items” (Lines of the Library) if they want, but NOT all the structure behind (Column Titles, authorizations, etc…)

Is it possible? (Just to give the authorization to modify specific things for example)

Because I see that I can only modify the status, but it’s not precise enough:

Any Idea would be very usefull! Thanks!

  • Hi Alexxx650 ,

The lowest thing that you can have unique permissions on is an item in the SharePoint library. So for each item read, Full control etc can be to different users. You cannot permission columns.
