Sharepoint list update

I have multiple sharePoint lists which have stopped updating for me, 14 other members it works fine for, clearing cache does not help. If I end the SharePoint process in task manager all the other lists update except for 1 (The most important one) this list has over 100000 items and so it gives me a threshold error (Never had this issue before). All the lists worked fine until 2 days ago and it is only me that is affected, any ideas?
