SharePoint list looks like is opened in Microsoft List even if is fact opened in SharePoint.
Is targeted tenant release options set for these users who are having the issues? Check: Set up the Standard or Targeted release options
Are those users from a specific region/country where Microsoft is releasing any new feature for SharePoint / Microsoft Lists?

The target tenant release option is set to "Standard Release for everybody".
The Region settings for Data Usage are set the same with the rest of the users that have no issue.
The IT admin was unable to find any difference between the accounts of this 2 users with the issue and my account with no issue.
