SharePoint List Export to Excel

Afternoon all, I'm pretty stumped here.... I have a list. I filter on 3 Columns. Business Stream, UserType and Created. All are indexed. In Created if I do [Today]-28, Business Stream equal to "Business Stream 1" and UserType equal to "FIELD".... The View works it has 1185 items and I can export to Excel. If I change Created filter to [Today]-29, the view works, I get 1244 items, but I can't export to excel with the error:

 

"You do not have permission to view the entire list because it is larger than the list view threshold enforced by the administrator"

 

Any ideas?
