SharePoint List drop-down changing values randomly

Hey,

I have a drop-down in a list which a few options. I've noticed that randomly the value of this drop-down is changing in random items at random times to a number which means nothing.  I have attached screenshots of the options available, and the random number being added. 

Any ideas where this is coming from?
