Sharepoint list as articles
Hello People, I hope you are doing great. I have the following situation: I have a Sharepoint list, it saves articles, with title, description, pictures and videos of that specific topic....
The easiest thing would have been if you did not use a list but instead create the posts as news directly on the start page of a SharePoint Communication Site. BUT, if you need to use an extra list, this is easy to solve by doing the following:
- Copy the link of your list item
- Go to the start page of your SharePoint site and click on News and "Add" - "News link".
- Paste the link and enter a text and possibly an image if you wish.
- Save.
And as you can see in the picture below, you can then show both "native news" and "linked news" in the same web part..
