Sharepoint list - require data type in column based on the information indicated in another column

I want to create a relationship that will require a data type in a column based on the information indicated in another column. 

Let say I have a column A where I have indicated the data type Single line of text, number, date etc. and I have also column B where I want my colleagues enter the data but I want data to depens on what is entered in column A. 

So if someone will enter the number in first line will receive a message that data is incorect and field requires a date. 

Is it possible to create a formula for that?
