SharePoint List - Comment Not Available for Certain Items

I've seen this lately, did you try refreshing or making a small edit to the item to see if it is fixed?
Does that work for you? I tried it but it doesn't do anything for me. And it won't even let me attach files to the items. I attach it and click on save and it stops right there. Just freezes. The window doesn't even close. I have to click on cancel to get out of it.

Do you still face this issue?- I am also getting this now. Typical Microsoft! They also just leave these silly issues in their products without resolution.
