Sharepoint library : Rules NOT WORKING - when a field is deleted, send an email to created by

Hi the community,

i try to figure out how works the modern rules for sharepoint libraries.

I want to send an email to the creator of the files when an  another user delete his file.

So i've created this rule when a file is deleted, send an email to created by but if an another user delete his file, he doesn' t receive the mail. 

Do you have an idea ?
