Hello All,

I have identified that this issue occurs on MacOS devices. Windows devices are not affected, all good.

According to Microsoft, the "Export to Excel" is not available for MacOS devices due to these reasons:

The “Export to Excel” functionality depends on ActiveX controls or legacy data connectors, which are supported only in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge on Windows.

These components are not compatible with macOS browsers, which is why the feature does not appear.

I have found a workaround exporting the List to Power BI and assign it to a workspace, then sharing the report link to the Mac User and able to export to excel.

Note: The Mac User must be Power Bi Pro or Premium licensed, this might increase the cost per user.
