Sharepoint custom form app with power app (migrating/copying)

Is it possible to take a custom form integrated in sharepoint from power app for SharePointListA

and duplicate SharepointListA for SharePointListB?

That is, copying the custom form made for a sharepoint list, and reusing it (with modifications, as its a copy) for another sharepoint list?

And if not , there is a third party tool to do this I think, has anyone here ever used it, or would know how to use it?
