SharePoint Cloud Search Service Application Retirement

Has there been any indication of SharePoint Cloud Search Service Application being retired in the near future?  Especially for those who are still on SharePoint 2013, 2016 and 2019?  I am not finding anything online indicating so but was wondering if it will retire when SharePoint 2016 and 2019 retires on July 14, 2026.
