SharePoint can't be reached
Some users are experiencing issues when opening pages, documents, links in SharePoint - error is
'This site cannot be reached'.
There does not appear to be a common link when this happens.
- Different Browsers
- Internal to network and external to network
- Not all users experiencing the issue
- Users who do experience this, do not experience it all the time
- Desktop and mobile
When this does happen, user refreshes the page a few times and then it works.
- Sounds like there is possibly a web front end server behind a load balancer that can't be reached or something. I would put in a ticket with support from admin portal and hope they can use log's somehow to identify the issue.
