SharePoint can't be reached
Some users are experiencing issues when opening pages, documents, links in SharePoint - error is 'This site cannot be reached'. There does not appear to be a common link when this happens. ...
Sounds like there is possibly a web front end server behind a load balancer that can't be reached or something. I would put in a ticket with support from admin portal and hope they can use log's somehow to identify the issue.
