Sharepoint automate

Hello

On my Sharepoint site I have a link to a specific file in an document folder. I would like to somehow find a way through power automate to whenever a new document i uploaded in that folder, the link would then somehow be update so that it refers to the new file.

Is that possible? Thanks!
