SharePoint and OneDrive sync issues

We've been having issues lately with users syncing SharePoint document libraries and Teams "general" folder to their OneDrive where it doesn't seem to sync with new files and/or folders on OneDrive even after they click on "sync" button. Is there another way to sync to ensure new files/folders are sync'd on OneDrive from SharePoint and/or Teams?
