Sharepoint and Excel

Afternoon

I have an excel spreadsheet with links embedded. I want to be able to click on that link and have it open a .pdf file. This has to be able to work with both my internal users as well as anyone outside my organization that downloads the publicly posted spreadsheet and clicks on the links. I have been doing this successfully with my s-drive, but that limits external users as they have no permissions. I am hoping maybe if I save all the files to a share point folder, I can make this work.
