Sharepoint Admin Center unavailable
Thanks for the response. Sharepoint admin center doesn't show up even in the full list
Trying to get to sharepoint online using either of the URLs you've suggested results in this:
One other thing - if I start the sharepoint advanced deployment guide wizard from the tenant global admin center, I get this error when it tries to retrieve current sharepoint and onedrive permissions settings:
Even though I know my account has the right permissions:
I think it's just broken 😞
Any further thoughts?
Many thanks, Tony

Hi Tony_Vincent,
Thanks for the Update, here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Use SharePoint URL with Different Account: Try accessing the SharePoint Admin Center using the SharePoint URL mentioned earlier, but sign in with a different global admin account. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your account or tenant-wide.
- Check the licences in Microsoft 365 admin center (are they correctly assigned)
- Wait for the licences to be provisioned- Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
Kindest regards

Yup, tried with two seperate Global Admin accounts, same issue...
- Check the licences in Microsoft 365 admin center (are they correctly assigned)
Yup, checked under apps and licenses against the active users in question and they have Sharepoint checked...
- Wait for the licences to be provisioned
It's been 4 days - and they show up ok in the portal. I'll give it another 24 hours to take into account the revocation and resetting I've done as part of troubleshooting...
- Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
I think this is going to be my only option, unless anyone else on here has had the same issue and found a resolution 🙂
Many thanks
Tony
