Sharepoint access issue

Good afternoon !&nbsp;&nbsp;I am having a bit of a problem with sharepoint access. I am unable to edit the Navigation settings for this site even though I have Full Control and am the owner. Please see my screenshots. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug within sharepoint ?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The navigation is based on managed metadata, so you need to have access to those term store/sets in order to edit the navigation it's tied too. If you want to just edit the navigation to that site, you can just use the "Edit" links next to the navs.
