SharePoint 2016 Help Menu
Hello SP experts,
SharePoint 2016 FP2 with January, 2018 CU updates. Server does not have internet connection.
I am told by MS SP support that in order to be able to access Help(?) Menu on the SharePoint 2016 Sites, SP server will need to have internet connection. Is this true? When I try to access Help I get the following error.
And Yes, I follow the article to install Help Collection.

As per MS SharePoint Support:
"To access the help collection on SharePoint server, we need internet connectivity."

In central admin privacy settings did you try setting "Display Help form external Web sites as specified by each Help collection" to No?

Yes, "Display Help from external Web sites as specified by each Help collection" set to "No".
All help seem to be installed properly.
Still no joy.
