Sharepoint & OneDrive online abandoned login

Hi,

We've been having issues with our Sharepoint and Onedrive are not accessible, there was an outage last Friday to all our users (remote and office locations) and was resolved in the afternoon.

But until now our office network still cannot access sharepoint and onedrive apps. Sharepoint would initially load and ends up with this URL:

https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx?sw=bypass&bypassReason=abandoned&login_hint=user%40mycompany.com

What seems to be the issue?
