SharePoint - List of When Users are Logging in And what Are they Searching and Looking At
I see the analytics on SharePoint but is there somewhere I can get a better view of who is logging in and what are they looking at? I have only 15 users who have access to this site but I want to know how the SharePoint site is being used. What are they using what isnt used so I can adjust to the users. The analytics is not showing me much.
- You can make use of Microsoft Clarity + Google analytics to do this, you get heatmaps, how they are using SharePoint etc.:

I use it on all my clients and it helps a bunch with continuous improving the intranet

Hello NicolasKheirallah - does Clarity show you the names of the users and their journeys?
asVarun8492 states, it should be completely anonymous and will generate heatmaps on what people are looking for.
With that being said, Recordings are not anonymous as it still shows the user profile image on the top right corner. So you need to select to hide that item in the recordings.
If you need help with this, just ping me in this thread 🙂
