BenWade415 if you're using the Quick Linkis web part then you'vbe got various different styles and they will be affected by the number of columns you have on your page. But there is no direct way to re-size them.

BenWade415 to edit the location where the button takes you to you click the icon then click pen icon above it. The button can't be re-sized. There is no way to download different templates for different departments.

Rob_Elliott it is possible. Another department’s SP site has small square buttons like in the screenshot. Maybe it is not a button but something else that works as a button and redirects you to the embedded link?
