Share List Item to Email in the List Item

I have a number of list items in a list.

Three columns are "Person or Group".

I would like to have it so when the "Share" icon is clicked on a list item, the pop-up's "Add a name, group, or email" dropdown values are restricted to the 3 persons on that list item.

Is this possible? Has anyone done this?
