Share library folders to different guest users but not the root files

Rajeshlohar Are you creating new folder inside another folder which is shared externally? 

 

If yes, this is default behavior in SharePoint as any new file/folder will inherit permissions from its parent (folder or library).

    Hi ganeshsanap ,

    No, I am not creating new folder under another folder, but I am creating new folder on the top level, in the library.

      Rajeshlohar Is the library also shared with the external users?

       

      Is this library connected with the Microsoft teams?

        ganeshsanap, No. Library is not connected with MS Teams.
