Share document without password.
Hi,
I am trying to share a document with an guest in SharePoint/groups. But can not activate the "All"option, due to company policy.
Office 365 tenant is set up for inviting guest users, SharePoint Online is set up for inviting with link.
When i share using a persons email adress, thy need username and password to access the document.
Norwegian text, but her is the settings:
- Even though that is turned on, sites by default still do not get the "Anyone" link option by default and must be turned on.
You can accomplish this in 2 ways.
1. New SharePoint admin center preview. Under Active sites, select the site, and in the details pane, near the bottom is the option to change the Sharing policy.
2. Powershell using the following command: set-sposite -Identity "siteurl" -SharingCapability ExternalUserAndGuestSharing
