Setting Sharepoint Permissions

Hi,

I have the following questions regarding Sharepoint permissions:

Is it possible on Sharepoint online:

1. Can you give someone permission to permit access to certain folders to colleagues? How do you arrange that, or can only an Owner give en deprive permissions?
2. Give/allow rights 'in bulk' and deprive them of folders for certain employees?
3. Also allow and deprive folders of rights given to folders in bulk on underlying subfolders while authorizations on subfolders are unique?
