"Send page as email" doesn´t always work
Hello everyone,
I have started to use the function "Send page as e-mail" when I send out news/information within our organization. However, this function is not always available, and I have not been able to figure out why. It does not seem to depend on the length of the text. Can anyone help me figure this mystery out? Thank you in advance!
As I can see, this option is only available in the Article page layout. Another type is the Home page layout. You can see the difference in the page header.
In the Home layout, this header is not available.->

- I have a related question. When I use the functionality 'send as email' I am not getting the Header in the email other content only. Any reason or solution?
Hi keetaya80, is the actual email display different from the email preview? Perhaps the type of header being used is crucial there.
