  • Option 1 in SharePoint Online (only shared content with authenticated users, so no guest links): Site contents --> Site usage --> Shared externally. Page URL is <site>/_layouts/15/siteanalytics.aspx?view=19 (for more info: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/SharePoint-Blog/Establishing-a-new-Site-usage-page-in-SharePoint-Online/ba-p/83870)

Option 2 in Cloud App Security (only cross tenant search): Investigate --> Files (for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-app-security/investigate)

Partially accurate. Should have clarified, I'm not just interested in what is shared externally, but what is shared PERIOD.

For example, I have an Site, with Owners/Members/Viewers, when is something shared with someone outside of the bounces of the site.

Even more specifically O365 Group sites, when is something shared with a member not in that Group

Then, the only thing I can think of that might be useful, is: Settings --> Site permissions --> Advanced permissions settings --> There you see this message if there are items with unique permissions:

Some content on this site has different permissions from what you see here. Show these items.

But that is just unique permissions, could be more restricted rather than more shared...
