Search Service for DR

I have a production SharePoint farm with a hybrid search set up with O365. We have around 1 TB data in on-premises

SharePoint search is very critical for us which need high availability

I want to set up a DR site in passive mode which should show updated results immediately when the primary site goes down.

Please provide different ways through which this can be implemented.
